3/6/20 2:30 PM The GWMS is currently up and running, we have some accounts that are pending a move, and have been causing issues with the Mobility Server, and I have removed those accounts from contacting the server. I hope to have these issues fixed soon.

As of noon on 3/6/2020 all services are up and running except for the Groupwise Mobility Server as the disk is full. Please use Groupwise WebAccess for email until the server has been allocated more storage. Please review your Groupwise Mailbox and delete any old messages as well.

We will be taking down non-essential services periodically on Friday, March 6 to upgrade our hosts.  Check this page for updates.

The Groupwise Mobility Server is down as of 3/4/2020. Please us Groupwise Web Access on mobile devices to access your mail. Please check back here for updates.

We are still having issues with several Groupwise user accounts. These accounts are primarily technician accounts in a separate Post Office. I am still working with Technical Support. If you have any questions, please contact me at 317-886-5334. Thanks, Rick.

We are experiencing some issues with Field Technician emails. I am working on restoring the data and will keep you posted.

Our 1st Quarterly Safety Meeting will be held on Thursday 02/27/2020, beginning at 7:00 am, at the Hilton Garden Inn located at 5255 Noggle Way, Indianapolis IN 46237. Buffet breakfast will be served.

Our topic for this meeting is going to be Active Shooters. This is not something we have talked about in the past, and with the ever growing issues today we feel it is an important topic to discuss.

We will also be inspecting job boxes and updating paperwork at this meeting, so please ensure you bring in any job box(es) that you may have in either a company vehicle or carry to job sites.

Our 4th Quarter Safety Meeting will be held on Thursday 11/07/2019, beginning at 7:00 am at our Greenwood office. Donuts, milk, juice, water, and coffee will be served. The topic of this meeting will be Hand & Power Tool Safety.

Kathy Hardey will have paperwork to review with all employees during this meeting as well.

Our annual CCS drug screening will be held on Wednesday 06/26/2019 at our Greenwood office.

Outside Plant personnel, City County, Roche, Methodist, IU, and Eskenazi dedicated technicians will need to report at 7:00 am.

Inside Plant personnel and T&M technicians will need to report at 8:00 am.

Office staff and Management should report at 9:00 am.

We will be serving doughnuts and beverages for this meeting. Please make sure to stop by the tables that will be setup in the warehouse to sign in, collect any paperwork, and enjoy breakfast.

All employees will be expected to proceed to their assigned job sites immediately following testing. This is a mandatory testing procedure. If you have any questions, please contact myself or your Project Superintendent immediately.
