It has come to our attention that some employees are not receiving their SMS texts for mutli factor authentication from some services we utilize. One culprit is the number may be blocked on your device. Before assuming your are not receiving MFA texts, check your blocked senders (if you have enabled blocked senders). In IOS, the text may be sent to the “Unknown Senders” list. To check the list, open iMessage, select the icon at the top right hand side, and select “Unknown Senders”. I am sure Android has a similar setup.
