In 2025 we are processing Payroll in a new Payroll Service, WorkForceGo. We will no longer email pay stubs, but you can log into WFG to review your pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Username and Passwords will be emailed to the account we have on file for you shortly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access workforce go, you can use one of the following methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mobile App<\/p>\n\n\n\n

download their mobile app. Navigate to your mobile app store and seach for HCMToGo and install.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you have activated your account, the app will ask for a Company Short Code. Ours is Clawson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Login with your user name and passsword, Select \u201cPay\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and select \u201cView Pay Stubs\u201d. This will display a history of your pay stubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may also use the WFG web portal. Links to our portal are under the \u201cCorporate Links\u201d on https:\/\/employee.clawsons.com
There are 2 links for fault tolerance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Login with your username and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click the Hamburger Menu at the top left hand side of the web page,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the popup menu, select \u201cMy Pay\u201d and \u201cPay History\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will eventually be recording time and expenses in the WFG portal. Jeremy will keep everyone updated when we go live, but for now, you can use the portal to review pay stubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
