If you have a mobile device, and are\u00a0successfully connected to the Groupwise Mobility Server, you can search for any employee to obtain cell numbers, email addresses and mailbox extensions without having to manually add them. \u00a0These instructions are for IOS, Android instructions should be similar.<\/p>\n

To find an employee’s contact information:<\/p>\n

Open your mobile device contacts by selecting the app:<\/p>\n

Select “Groups” in the top left-hand corner<\/p>\n

Select the Groupwise Global Address Book<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

begin typing\u00a0the name of the employee you are searching for. Once the employee’s name appears, select the name for to open their information.<\/p>\n

To permanently add them to your personal address book, click “Create New Contact”.<\/p>\n
