Our 4th Quarter Safety Meeting will be held on Monday December 15, 2025, beginning at 7:00 am, at the Hilton Garden Inn located at 5255 Noggle Way, Indianapolis IN.
I will be distributing via email several forms for open enrollment for 2026 for our dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, HSA accounts, salary redirection agreement, and employee information update sheets on Monday 12/08/2025. Please either complete and return all forms to me prior to our meeting on 12/15/2025, or bring completed forms to this meeting on 12/15/2025 at the latest to ensure your benefits will be in effect after 12/31/2025.
We will have several door prizes to give out at the meeting, so please bring some cash or have Apple Cash, Venmo, or Zelle available if you would like to purchase additional “chances” for the door prizes. Each employee will receive (01) entry ticket for these items. Additional chances will be $1.00 each, or (06) for $5.00, as we have generally done in the past.
One additional item, from now through the end of registration at the meeting on 12/15/2025, we will be selling “chances” for a brand new Milwaukee M18 Fuel 2-Tool Combo Kit (see attached). Single chances for this drawing will be $5.00 each, or (05) chances for $20.00. If you would like to get in on this drawing, please let me know as soon as possible, and no later than sign in at the meeting on 12/15/2025. As this kit is valued at $400, we will need to sell a minimum of (60) chances to conduct the drawing, so get your requests in early.
All proceeds from this tool kit, and the door prizes at the meeting, will go to the Interchurch Food Pantry of Johnson County. This time of year, their need for assistance is always high and any support will be greatly appreciated!
If you will not be able to attend this meeting, please let myself, your Project Manager or Superintendent, know this no later than Monday 12/08/2025 as I have to confirm a head count with the facility.
