We are experiencing some issues with Field Technician emails. I am working on restoring the data and will keep you posted.

Our 1st Quarterly Safety Meeting will be held on Thursday 02/27/2020, beginning at 7:00 am, at the Hilton Garden Inn located at 5255 Noggle Way, Indianapolis IN 46237. Buffet breakfast will be served.

Our topic for this meeting is going to be Active Shooters. This is not something we have talked about in the past, and with the ever growing issues today we feel it is an important topic to discuss.

We will also be inspecting job boxes and updating paperwork at this meeting, so please ensure you bring in any job box(es) that you may have in either a company vehicle or carry to job sites.

Our 4th Quarter Safety Meeting will be held on Thursday 11/07/2019, beginning at 7:00 am at our Greenwood office. Donuts, milk, juice, water, and coffee will be served. The topic of this meeting will be Hand & Power Tool Safety.

Our annual CCS drug screening will be held on Wednesday 06/26/2019 at our Greenwood office.

Outside Plant personnel, City County, Roche, Methodist, IU, and Eskenazi dedicated technicians will need to report at 7:00 am.

Inside Plant personnel and T&M technicians will need to report at 8:00 am.

Office staff and Management should report at 9:00 am.

We will be serving doughnuts and beverages for this meeting. Please make sure to stop by the tables that will be setup in the warehouse to sign in, collect any paperwork, and enjoy breakfast.

All employees will be expected to proceed to their assigned job sites immediately following testing. This is a mandatory testing procedure. If you have any questions, please contact myself or your Project Superintendent immediately.

It appears all of our Groupwise applications are finally working using SSL. In addition, there is a new Groupwise Messenger system. Mobile users can download the Groupwise Messenger app from their device app store, and login with their Groupwise credentials for instant messaging among employees. The app will ask for a servername, you should use gwmessenger.clawsons.com, and the port will be 8300. Desktop users can download the client from https://gwmessenger.clawsons.com:8300 and login using the same server and port number.

Mobile users who want to set up their mobile device to connect to Groupwise can do so using the instructions here.

We have completed the installation of the SSL Certificate for the Groupwise Mobility Server. We can see devices re-registering and some email is being delivered to mobile devices. There are some random bugs and I am working on them. Keep posted for any resolutions.

We will be taking down Groupwise Wednesday, May 29 around 4:30 p.m. for maintenance, it should be back up around 5:00 p.m.

We have SSL running on Groupwise WebAccess. Make sure you are browsing WebAccess at https://groupwiseweb.clawsons.com

the server should automatically redirect url http://groupwiseweb.clawsons.com but is not currently, I am still troubleshooting the redirect.
